But after drying the product does not dissolve in water. The polymer is dissolved in water before drying
Does anyone have experience in this field to help me?
I also used a fluidized- bed dryer, a fixed- bed dryer, and a vacuum dryer, but the problem did not go away, and the product does not dissolve in water after drying and only swells.
Is there a problem with the drying technique or should an additive be added to the polymer?
Dear Mohammad ali doost mohamadi, there is no problem with the drying, but simply you have an extremely high MW. You can help by slight heating or sonication but for very short times to avoid excessive degradation. My Regards
