It is known fact that droplet size is inversely proportional to Capillary number. In such case is there any experimental parameter which needs to be included?
How well this can be agreed upon?
diameter of droplet = (diameter of tip*surface tension)/(viscosity of viscous fluid*velocity of viscous fluid).
Both viscosity and surface tension are affected by changes in temperature.
The temperature + the flow rate of the continuous phase are key factors.

Thank You Mounir. In my case experiments are carried out at room temperature. Going by the expression which I mentioned,
Dia of drop = (100e-6*4.03e-3)/(0.103*0.22e-3) = 17.9e-3. but the expected size is above 300um.
