I'm trying to establish a growth curve for the P815s and I'm getting a doubling time of 6hr (it's the most consistent number I've found, but it's *not* very consistent). It does however seem very fast for a mammalian cell. I've only found two sources listing their doubling time, the first was a publication stating it's 6hr/division, the second is a manufacturer's factsheet stating it's 22-24hr/division.

Has anyone else calculated P815 growth kinetics? Do your numbers match either of those?
