if you can digitised contour and dem data u can use mapping in global mapper and surfer
Thanks Dr. Meena Potdar, but there is no contour in the stones, i would like to draw the decay feature from the photos in order to know the deterioration categoris.

Do you want to do something else with those contours later (calculating areas and things like that) or you just want to create an image showing the different degraded areas, for presentation purposes?
In the first case, you could try using a GIS software, such as QGIS (free, open source).
If what you want is simply a general presentation image, why not simply import the photos onto Corel Draw or something like that (Inkscape is free, for instance) and draw the contours over them as vectorial objects?
