In addition to the above parameters, I have two more parameters to do research on the UASB reactor for moderate temperature. But I have faced problems in fixing the amount of organic loading in real wastewater.
Example: Making the organic loading 1,2,3mg/l etc. in real wastewater to conduct the lab.

Organic loading rate that may be treated efficiently and effectively in an anaerobic system will depend primarily on biomass concentration in the reactor and the characteristics of wastewater in addition to the reactor volume and HRT. Anaerobic systems with a higher OLR depend on large bacterial populations to achieve rapid treatment and can generate enough methane to be self sufficient (Producing enough energy to operate the system). Generally, anaerobic reactors can sustain much higher OLRs when compared to aerobic systems
Do pretreatment of the wastewater as per your requirement of the feed organic loading before mainstream treatment. A number of pretreatment alternatives are available.
