Dear Colleagues,
There are two grain-oriented silicon steel sheets. We place one of them inside a transverse external magnetic field of (1 Tesla) and do not place the other in any external field. Under these conditions, we radiate the laser beam on the surface of both sheets (laser scribing).
After completing these processes, we examine two sheets for magnetic and structural properties. Will the structure of the magnetic domains as well as the iron losses of the two sheets be different?
