I have taken a look at your paper and I have some preliminary remarks:

(1) Yes, your treatment of electric mass and magnetic mass is basically the right idea and it is basically the same approach David Bergman took in out electron & proton modeling articles (see first 4 attached), and

(2) this led to a slight alteration in Newton's second law and in Newton's law of gravitation, and

(3) also we were able to characterize both inertial mass and gravitational mass of an electron and a proton, so that

(3) if we consider a neutron as being in a certain close position, we were able to obtain a characterization of all inertial and of all gravitational masses, and

(4) we were able to explain the super-collider evidence for a neutrino as mutual spin pumping of this electron and proton (due to Ampere's original law for nearby wires carrying current) being in this certain close position, so there are then NO neutrinos needed to explain their evidence, and

(5) we have evidence that the various assorted short lived particles are just merely only just "blobs" of charge (broken up by collisions) rapidly destroyed by strong Coulomb forces that are not balanced by a magnetic pinch force. (So thus what a waste of time and money the CERN is!)

However, we have NOT done much along the lines of acceleration electrons and protons ... as you seem to have; and, while we mention that our toroidal electron model may be viewed as a standing wave, we don't go much further than that. But I have a two page paper on why the toroidal model is much better than the spherical model due to (especially) transverse electromagnetic radiation that may be freely downloaded from my ResearchGate web page. And our model is in electromagnetic equilibrium without ANY mysterious bending energy required to keep it in existence! Thus is has "reality".

I add some files concerning gravitation and inertial masses ... and a very important paper by Ronald Ray Hatch that I go by in ALL my work concerning gravitational & inertial masses. Ron was a key architect of the very successful GPS, and he invented the "Hatch filter" ... to help make it work as amazingly well as it certainly does.

I'm additionally attaching the two page paper -- mentioned just above -- on the Bergman-Allen electron (and proton) basic model that justifies its being a toroidal (doughnut) shape in terms of its transverse radiation capability (as opposed to a spherical shape and its radiation capability).
