Does this study provide a strong base to support the further activities to characterize actual effect of Rhamnolipids?

Nice work done here. It's my personal opinion that further studies on this subject may lead to the advancement in understanding of molecular mechanism(s) lying behind the action of Rhamnolipids.

Probably the in vitro studies and molecular assays it self will explain the real results if one wants to further proceed with this work. And ultimately will confirm the theoretical explanation.
