Most of us are familiar with classroom learning from our schooldays but online learning is a new field. There are several differences between online and classroom or on-campus learning. Most important is the participation of students depend on location/ habitation and affordability. As a result the disadvantageous group are pushed into the further disadvantageous position.
Maybe! Face to face interaction is the best. It is more interactive and practical. Meeting students needs is key.
In a digital world, I think that it is quite sad that children/young adults/individuals are still without access to technology of some form. I think many schools in my area over the past 5 months have made an enormous effort to reach out to the most disadvantaged students by loaning laptops, purchasing 3G routers for internet access, printing resources to work from rather than using a device. I think the support given is an important issue and extra help to access the learning. Another consideration is that even though we have the online learning, it is definitely not the same as face-to-face and many, including those with access to technology or devices, will not engage or be motivated to learn this way (disadvantaged or not). CV-19 will push many into a disadvantageous position.

Yes, I think it will. For individuals already marginalized or vulnerable it places them more at risk. For developing countries, there is always the ICT challenges. Overall, I think it is important that institutions provide the necessary support and not just IT related but human behavioral support for affected persons.
Yes it will affect more to the disadvantageous students. It will affect the quality of education. People can teach online, can't educate young minds.
