It is known that the impact factor of a journal is a measure to reflect the average number of citations to its published articles and to increase their impact factor the journals want you to cite the articles published in them in your work (during revision of your article). So many journals with high impact factors have very high processing and/or publication charges. Additionally, some very reputed publications ask you to pay hefty amounts to them for language editing services etc. or else your article gets rejected. 

Is this pure business or are they really worth publishing ?
