Some of the common crops such as wheat, maize, barley etc. must have the perfect condition to grow, which includes the amount of rainfall, the average temperature, salinity, sodicity etc. Does the data of those crops and their ideal conditions exist? If yes, where can we get those data from?

Be careful here because what do you mean by 'perfect'? For example, the world record wheat yields are normally achieved in Scotland or New Zealand where the relatively long summer daylight hours suit C3 photosynthesis. However both these areas countries can have severe winter weather which can damage these crops.
Also it depends what type of wheat are you studying; Durum? Spelt? Conventional milling or feed? One mans perfect may not suit someone else.
For 'perfect' try a greenhouse!
The premise of your question is incorrect; crops like wheat, maize and barley do NOT need 'perfect' condition to grow. One of the great advantages of having an enormous genome like wheat is that it can grow in a wide range of places, from Canada, to The UK, Northern Europe, The Tropics, The Far East and Australia.
