Terminalia chebula is a star plant described in Ayurveda, it is one of the RASAYANA Plant, means it detox the micro nutrients chanels. It passes through brain barrier and detox the affected tissues. It has many dosage forms but better to use Hydro-alcoholic or super critical extracts.
