Karine, it might be the primary antibody. if your secondary is showing a good signal with you loading control (ie GAPDH or Actin,) its definetely the primary. i would suggest increasing your primary probing concentration. Best FZ

Hi everybody, The concentration that I am diluting my primer is 10uM, I add 0.18uM/sample. I am trying to know where we order the primers with the technique that usually do that here.
