Does someone knows how can I obtain soil texture and land cover data with high resolution (20 or 30m of pixel size)?

Hi,

I'm looking for soil texture and land cover data with high resolution (example: 20m or 30m pixel size). I'm interesting for the Canada and USA studies, so the data must cover these two countries.

Any help?
