I'm design to culture mouse aorta in vitro and give some cytokines stimulation. After that, I will collect the vessle for parrfin section. I want to search some information for this, but there seems no articles on pubmed. So does anyone have some suggestions? Thanks so much.

I do not have any experience with in vitro aorta culture, but my colleague Lars Schiffmann
from a neighbor lab performed an aortic ring assay, which includes in vitro cultivation of mouse aortic tissue, in his recent study:Schiffmann, L.M., Werthenbach, J.P., Heintges-Kleinhofer, F. et al.
