I am searching for a yoked saline program that runs in MED-PC® IV of saline control rats that are yoked to drug self-administering rats and then receive noncontingent infusions of saline in the same temporal pattern as drug infusions is self-administered.
Does someone has one? I can write the basic of the program I just need to know how to write the command that control the boxes consecutively.

It has been awhile since I used Med-PC IV, but I recall they had a signal,, like a K-pulse that goes from one box to another. You can use this signal to initiate the yoked injection.
Hi Ana, indeed as Jim stated above you can use K pulses for communication between boxes. So poking or lever pressing from a subject in the master box will generate a K pulse to the "yoked" box to start an infusion to the yoked subject.
