Simulated Training is a mechanism of training the employees that is not on the job but away from the job. in a situation where the real training is not possible due to its complexity, criticality and hazardous in nature, the employees are given training on creating the simulated environment trying to give realworld situation. such training are very helpful to avoid resource depletion and enhancing employees skill and competency to face real world situation.though it doesnot not guarantee real-world experience automatically but gives the experience and feeling of realworld situation.
