Some people publish their research papers in printed journals that are not available online and do not have accounts in scientific platforms such as ResearchGate, GoogleScholar, etc.
Most journals have online versions. Even paper-based journals have digitalized their products. So, I think it is not possible to find such kind of journals. Accept my best regards.
In the age of technology, research papers need to be available online for broader dissemination and faster sharing of knowledge. Online publication offers increased visibility, faster dissemination, interactive features, and enhanced research collaboration. While some print-only journals still exist, publishing online ensures greater accessibility and impact for research papers. Here is an interesting read.

I agree with the previous comments that it is very uncommon and, more importantly, will have a much smaller readership.
In the age of technology, it looks a little bad but, I think it is more important that those authors will actually suffer the most because their work will be less known as a result.
