Hi Allison, the only specific publication that I can find about proteinase K cleaving RNAse A is this one:

Apparently, RNAse A is very resistant to proteolysis by proteinase K.

Yes, there will be at least some inactivation of RNAseA by Prot K (how much will depend on enzyme ratios, buffers, etc). Why don't you check it directly under your experimental conditions?
