i am coating PCBM on a perovskite layer but i am not sure if it needs to be dried in oven.
For perovskite solar cells, PCBM is usually used as electron transport layer. I would suggest you to thermal anneal PCBM on hot plate at 100 ℃ for 10 min right after spin coating. This can help to remove solvent as much as possible, minimize the morphology variation after metal contact deposition, and have better contact between each layer.

be aware that high temperature annealing of PCBM will lead to the formation of large crystallites (and this comes with surface roughness/decrease in contact quality between the various layers).
As suggested above, 100℃ might be a good temperature but this also depends on the thickness of the PCBM layer you are depositing.
(I am not an expert when it comes to perovskite solar cells but usually in organic solar cells with a PCBM electron transporting buffer layer, you would aim for a thickness of around 15-20 nm)
