i am using PEDOT:PSS in my perovskite solar cell but i don't know which one of following products has better conductivity as a hole transfer layer. PEDOT:PSS PH 1000 or PEDOT: PSS AL 4038 ?

Does PCBM as an electron transformer layer in thin film solar cells need to be dried after spin coating? what is the suitable drying temperature?

i am coating PCBM on a perovskite layer but i am not sure if it needs to be dried in oven.
