To my best knowledge Paget's disease itself does not delay fracture healing. In any case you have to make difference between Paget'a disease and osteoporosis. Although they may exist in one and the same patient, these conditions are different.

Healing of a fracture is generally not delayed but there are probably exceptions to this.

Paget´s disease itself does not delay the healing of a fracture.

Wound healing and bone healing does not delay but perioperative blood loss is increased and peroperative cell savers should be considered.
