Obstacle Driven Development (ODD) is a combination of various engineering and software development processes.
The largest difference between ODD and the traditional is the creation of tests first and for everything practical.
ODD has adapted other processes to provide unit testing for each element of each stage through appropriate verification and validation tests.
Thanks for your interest. Given the absolute ideal of ODD is to test everything then this could provide you with a benchmark.
Obviously testing everything is practically impossible and so its aim is to test everything practical. Comparing what could be tested and what is could then give you empirical evidence.
This would at least give empirical evidence for known and expected situations, and hopefully identify a few unknown.

So how do you know that you have tested everything practical? this make me some noise.

Yes, I'd agree with that and would say that ODD is about identifying, correcting and preventing bugs rather than "fixing" them.
You can't know if you've tested everything practical but you can know if you've tested everything expected. You can know this by linking each stage through unit tests.
The stages of ODD are Analysis, Specification, Solution and Production with appropriate verification and validation through creating a unit test first and solving that test. ODD is effectively an extension of Test Driven Development throughout the entire development process.
Presentations explaining ODD can be found on the website. Currently in development is a 3D model which physically demonstrates how full testing processes can make a development more robust.
As far as I know, no other development process does this which brings us back to the original question. I don't know for a fact that ODD has the most comprehensive testing, although it is highly probable.
