If I consider a pure non resistive L C circuit and excited by an ac current , will the circuit oscillate for ever without loosing any energy ?
If happens , how to explain the radiation from the inductance ?

If you have a lossless LC circuit it will sustain the oscillations forever once you charged the capacitor by a voltage or the inductor by a current.
This valid if we assume all losses are zero.
However, an inductor has two sources of losses:
- the restorative losses,
- The polarization losses
- and the radaition losses
The rate of the decay of the oscillations will be larger as the losess increases. Best wishes
If there is zero resistance in the circuit, then the initial conditions of current and voltage and phase will persist forever. However, if the area of the loop is nonzero, there will be some RF losses.
In addition to Dayton Datlowe 's answer, if we would use a plate capacitor, straighten the inductance to a line, and construct a 3D object by rotating the circuit about the axis perpendicular to the plane of the capacitance, then we would get a lossless oscillator, too (provided the walls are thick enough, and still assuming zero resistance). But usually, the result wouldn't be called a circuit anymore but a cavity.
