Although I am not actively using it right now, I installed the morphologika 2 v2.5 on Windows 10 and opened one of my older data sets to run an analysis and see if it works. It installed and worked well without any error message or hiccups.
That's great news, but it contradicts what I was told on the morphmet site. Two researchers from mainland Europe (I'm in Indonesia and Australia) told me that it doesn't work on Windows 10. But maybe this is because you re-installed it after the upgrade.
I installed morphologika2 v2.5 on Windows 10 for the first time after seeing your question and it just worked. Normally, I used it Windows 7 and not with Windows 10. I do not know why other people could not get it to work. Maybe you can try using compatibility mode on your Setup.exe file and emulate it to work as if it is on Windows 7.
I've found that morphologika2.5 does indeed work ok on Windows 10. However, I have a graphics "gaming" laptop, and possibly because the screen resolution is high, the PC plots are slightly out of sequence with mouse actions.
