I would like to know if the heat treatment after texture modification on the surface of the alloys causes texture alteration ?

There are so many factors, which needs to be considered to change metal texture.
1. It depends on alloy composition, as you have mentioned in question it is an alloy.
2. There are so many heat treatment processes which can be applied to perform heat treatment to get different textures.
3. There are so many alloy compositions specially is Stainless steel, which can give you desired or required texture.
4. You can google various heat treatments having different textures, and apply the same to get the required texture.
