Hello,
following issue: I have air bubbles while loading my samples in the gel loading tip like literally every time. My idea was to set a lower volume with my eppendorf pipette so it automatically can't suck any excess air into the tip. I want to load a specific amount of protein in my gel e.g. 10 µg in 20 µl water + 5 µl loading buffer.
So if I now suck 20 µl instead of 25 µl in the pipette tip, it should solve the air bubble problem, isn't it?
