when i take photos of them, which part is very necessary to help for identification?

You need to take close-up photos of the dorsal/aboral and ventral/oral parts of the disc to reveal the structure of the plates and scales, oral frame plates and papillae. Also take close-up photos of the arms so that we cans see the spines.

Most likely Ophiopsammium semperi. I have seen other images of that species from the Persian Gulf,
