Adding to Dr.Chaubey which I agree want to give an example. In Belgaum, Karnataka there is a manufacturing unit which doesn't have a security guard, there will be no checking of employees while leaving the factory premises, and that factory in our region is knows as a "Temple of Ethics". This working environment indeed builds a different attitude among employees, belongingness willbe very high. For employees of these you obviously will have a different system of apprasing the performance.

yes, it is true to say that employees play a vital role in an organisation. this because once employees among many parameters of motivation and demotivate are not taken care of many result in an organisation either meeting its or objectives or not.
