In Belgaum, Karnataka there is a manufacturing unit which doesn't have a security guard, there will be no checking of employees while leaving the factory premises, and that factory in our region is knows as a "Temple of Ethics". This working environment indeed builds a different attitude among employees, belongingness willbe very high. For employees of these you obviously will have a different system of apprasing the performance.
