Does considerable racemization of hyoscamine occur during the Soxhlet extraction process?

I recently performed a Soxhlet extraction of mandragora officinaru. Although this is a somewhat standard and common method for extracting, I’m aware of the phenomenon of the racemization of hyoscamine to atropine at high temperature. If the Soxhlet extraction apparatus were run for several hours, (boiling temperatur,) would there be a significant loss in hyoscamine content?
