Smart village concept is based on the idea of dos and don't in view of green house gases and possible solution to reduce the impact of climate change what we call the adaptation measures. Regarding the practices it would depend upon the aim and objectives of the project for climate change. Ex if you want demonstrate the effect of heat wave on the crops at sensitive stage by applying the remedial measure, you would display the results inthe village to the others for adoption by doing and learning .
