Does cholesterol change the phase transition temperature of liposome?

Hi.

I want to know whether cholesterol change the phase transition temperature of liposome.

The phase transition temperature of DPPC is 41 ℃ .

If I add 30% of cholesterol, does phase transition temperature of DPPC change?
