If capmatinib hydrochloride hydrochloride shows polymorphism then which polymorph is more stable or superior than other polymorphs in terms of industrial sacleup, oral absorption?
Dear Md. Ruknuzzaman Rony sorry to see that your very interesting technical question has not yet received any expert answers. As a synthetic inorganic chemist I'm clearly not a proven expert in this field of research. However, what I can say is that thus far I did not come across a publication in which any polymorphs of capmatinib hydrochloride hydrate have been reported. If there was any information about such polymorphs, it should certainly be mentioned in the following very instructive review article:
Review of Synthetic Routes and Crystalline Forms of the Oncology Drugs Capmatinib, Selpercatinib, and Pralsetinib

Unfortunately this paper has not yet been posted as public full text on RG, and the author does not have an RG profile. However, you can try to contact him via Email at [email protected]. I'm sure he will know about the existence of any polymorphs.
