Does blended learning (a style of education in which students learn via electronic and online media as well as traditional face-to-face teaching) is the solution for the next phase?
Hi Foad. I am not really sure what you mean by 'next phase' but blended learning's effectivity really depends on the context and the subject matter. Some places are still not ready for blended learning due to infrastructure limitations. Some cases in my country have been reporting failure of its implementation because both students and teachers were not equipped in terms of skills and technology.
Going "blended" depends on a lot of factors. The central factors are internet connectivity (a functional IT architecture) and ICT tools usage (mobile devices). Looking at the afore mentioned factors, I would say that, most educational institutions and learners in developing countries are yet to experience the blended learning system.
