Hi everybody

I'm going to do deep 3D confocal imaging of mice bone marrow cells and study their co-localization. Now I try to find the best method for preparing bones and tissue clearing.

I liked the Murray's clear with BABB most of all and I wonder if BABB changes bone marrow niche.

Or maybe you could recommend another method ?
