This would be a good procedure to destroy immunoglobulins, they could survive autoclaving viable spores of bacteria, spores to fungi and DNA molecules based on temperature conditions. For the immunoglobulins molecules it would work well.

I agree with Jose. Autoclaving will destroy immunoglobulins. that is why this is  not the recommended sterilization process for liquids with proteins because the proteins will be denatured totally (destroyed). i further auggest to increase your autoclaving time from 15 minutes to 30 to 60 minutes because that is the recommended autoclaving time for equipments contaminated with biological samples or infectious wastes.

If one knows the principle of autoclaving, the answer lies there.
