We are planning to use Piggybac system in H9 stem cell and I don't know this system at all. I have searched them in Addgen but I couldn't find them. If someone once used it, could you share with me your expensive experience and where can I get these plasmids commercially?

Piggybac is not present in AddGene due to license issues. If you are looking for free plasmids - have a look here (Sanger institute):https://www.sanger.ac.uk/form/-sMD8HuhpTMW6uaMvhQzRIg Check the people in the institute (Dr Kosuke Yusa for example and follow their publications).
