@Maria, thanks for the answer. Did you find it difficult to centrifuge these chamber slides (i.e. make a cardboard cutout or something similar to hold it in the centrifuge)?

No, the centrifuge I used had a special device that adapted exactly to the slides. I don't remember the name of the centrifuge, but there are some in the market. Good luck!!!
