I recently came along the "Lego Serious Play" Method and I wonder if anyone uses this method for team building or conceptualizing/ designing new visions for a team in there research infrastructure? Or does anyone even uses this method for their lectures?
I got to know Lego Serious Play in a workshop and also used it myself in teaching. My conclusion: Pen and paper, or possibly other objects, are completely sufficient for visualizing ideas and for developing a team. Lego Serios Play is just a hyped, protagonist overrated and expensive method.
It is wonderful.
