I'm trying to finish the submission of a manuscript, and after to upload all the manuscript files including the disclosure statment form, that I have filled out and saved, the PDF version created by the journal website do not show correctly the disclosure statement. I have tried to update the adobe reader and to use another laptop to submit the paper, without no success. Does anyone knows how can I solve this issue?
The best option is to contact the services of the journal. In any case, you can try to do the upload of the files with different browsers (google chome, firefox, microsoft edge...), sometimes occurs some incompatibilities on the conversition of PDF files.
Thank you Gil for your help. I have contacted the journal twice and tried also to use another browser or laptop, with no success. My only option was to submit it to another journal.
