Anyone knows how to cut SWCNTs at the nanoscale range (<100 length)?

I saw in the literature describing the fluorination method (NANO LETTERS 2002Vol. 2, No. 9 1009-1013), however I would like to avoid this methodologie due to some experimental constraints.

I am trying to synthetize GQDs from graphene oxide, that emits on the green, however the final PL analysis showed emission on diferent wavelengths.

Can anyone tell me how I can purifie the sample or suggest a synthesis methodology for have just emission at green region?
