I have been using nova 2.1.4 for the electrochemical study. I have some queries regarding that. If anyone knows, please help me to figure it out.
1. What we have to put in amplitude (Vrms) option and what is the effect of amplitude (Vrms) on our EIS spectra. Is there any range that we have to keep the amplitude in between?
2. What should be the input in the voltage option? Some people used to perform the experiment at open circuit potential but in some of the literature, they are providing some polarisation by giving the potential where their redox peaks have come in the CV.

1. It is always suggested to use 1 to 10 mV(VRMS) in order to maintain a linear response.
2. This potential depends on whether you want to bias your cell to initiate a reaction (e.g., a redox reaction in a 3 electrode system). In a 2 electrode system, you would usually use 0 V due the fact that you do not want to polarise your CE/RE.
