I've had a look around but can only find one broken link and one version you can pay for (here http://aisel.aisnet.org/cais/vol28/iss1/10/ for $9.95 if you're interested). Another option is to email one of the authors and ask if they can email you the .pdf. Most academic authors are happy to do this. It may help to tell them, briefly, why you're interested in their work. They may even be on ResearchGate - I haven't checked - but, if not, you should be able to track them down online fairly easily. Summary: Study about the articulation between investors / developers and the architectural form and function in some office buildings in São Paulo.
