I have never found multi-temporal Lidar in Italy freely downloadable.

As idea could be interesting to list all links to website where find data.

Pierluigi, i know, in italy we barely have lidar data (Trento province has the whole province coverage for free download) and the mininstry of environment provides LiDAR data upon request for research (i believe) and they are visible online on www.pcn.minambiente.it, but i have not found any multitemporal dataset yet. For the U.S i use the website http://opentopo.sdsc.edu/ for LiDAR, but a fast google search also brought me to the NOAA viewer, where lidar are available as well...

The data from Gipuzkoa (North of Spain) is free. It was surveyed in 2005 and again in 2008. LAS files in tiles of 1 sq km can be downloaded from their web maps viewer

There are some metafiles in iso19115 but the information given is very short. 

The reference system is EPSG:25830 - ETRS89 / UTM zone 30N

The data from 2008 can be reached also from the Basc Goverment ftp site and there you will find another data set from 2012.

The data from 2005 was flown at 1350 m agl with an Optech ALTM3025 and has 1 point/m2 density, excepting in cities where it has 2 points/m2. It was classified into ground and non-ground and edited manually. 

The data from 2008 has also a density of 1 points/m2 and it was flown with a Leica ALS50-II from 2200 m agl.  

I have no information about the 2012 survey.

Giulia, in Spain, as some researchers told you before we have several datasets available depending on the region, for example, in Murcia (SE) we have the project NATMUR08 with free LIDAR data available here (http://www.murcianatural.carm.es/natmur08/) and we have also DEMs derived from LIDAR data for the same area and captured during 2011 (I am not sure of the year, it could be also 2010 or 2012). This data are provided by National Center of Geographical Information (https://www.cnig.es/). If you are interested in any specific application do not hesitate to contact me.

I am very interested in getting free and accurate Lidar images as well.  It's hard to find some in the US that don't require a subscription to the magazine/website.  I am needing them for my cosmic impact research and its effects on land patterns.
