As I need to calculate ecosystem services (mainly O2 release and CO2 absorbance) of an exact vegetation area in the rural landscape, some experts in remote sensing quoted that I need 1m hyperspectral satellite data and a large satellite image with the quality of 1 square meter pixel that includes RGB, especially the infrared spectrum. If there are some sources for this kind of image that you aware of, I'll glad to know that.

Although, If you know a better method for doing that, I'll be pleased to hear and appreciated it.

I know that you are looking for free data (as are we all), but for what you are proposing, I would suggest at least exploring the possibility of using hyperspectral data collected from aircraft rather than satellites.

Beware of experts. I am an expert at a few things (definitely not hyperspectral satellites), but I am often astounded to discover that I know more about other topics than some of the "experts." Expertise is important, but currently it is hard to be sure who is an expert and who is simply a pundit (or less). On this topic, I am a pundit, at best. An expert that tells you to use 1m hyperspectral satellite data ought be able to tell you where to get it. If such a detail is omitted, I will leave the logical conclusion to you.
