THE STATUTE FOR PROSECUTING JUVENILE SEX OFFENDERS IS THAN THE ONE FOR PROSECUTING ADULTS UNDER THE OHIO REVISED CODE.

HOWEVER, BOTH CLASSES OF CRIMINALS HAVE A DUTY TO REGISTER CLAUSE. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE?
