Does anyone know what the formating guidelines for submitting a scientific poster for the BJSM (British Journal of Sports Medicine) is?

For my dissertation, I'm required to write a systematic review manuscript and scientific poster in the style we would submit for a journal of choice, where in this case, I've decided to go with the BJSM.

There seem to be no guidelines regarding submitting a scientific poster for the BJSM. I was wondering if those who have submitted before know the word limit, and what headings are required etc. I emailed the BJSM team but the reply I got back was, "Sorry, we don't have guidelines for poster-orientated articles" .

Can anyone help?
