This is a new, rapidly-changing observational field.
The program, with its talks and eventual papers presented & published should give you the latest data and results in this new field.
(My estimate above may be off by as much as several magnitudes.)

Upper limit for ultra-high energy gamma-ray intensity (>1PeV) is about 4x10-15 cm-2s-1sr-1 according to the measurements of CASA-MIA, EAS-TOP, KASCADE shower arrays. See references:
