I am looking for some theoretical study ( simulation and designing ) on solar cell using SCAPS software , thanks to Marc Burgelman, University of Gent for sharing the SCAPS software itself and research articles . But I have no previous experience in simulation and designing of solar cells via software. Where can I get the basics of simulation using the SCAPS software ? Kindly share some research articles/ text book references if you have. Thanks in advance.
