I know that GIS works cellwise means all the parameters of USLE i. e. K, LS, C and P are derived Cellwise (Gridwise) in GIS framework but in case of MUSLE, we have to estimate sediment yield at the outlet cell only so the CELLWISE value of K,LS,C and P CAN NOT for MUSLE. So kindly given me the exact procedure or clue so I can estimate sediment yield at watersahed outlet BY USING GIS AND MUSLE.
pls guide me as earliest.

Why don't use "Sediment Retention" function of InVESt software (freely downloadable)?
You can estimete the cell value and the watershed value using as input only c and p parameters of USLE equation.
You can see the flowchart of calculating MUSLE in GIS in attachments.
In this way, you can use a tool named ArcMUSLE (download from here: http://www.faculty.sfasu.edu/zhangy2/download.htm) to estimate sediment.

By using ArcSWAT, you can easily estimate the sediment yield through MUSLE in ArcGIS Platform.

we have to route cellwise sediment up to watershed outlet so we have to route the sediment through the watershed drainage up to outlet. This procedures are followed into ArcGIS interface by using ArcSWAT model. ArcSWAT model uses the MUSLE model for sediment yield estimation.
